Turning a utility plugin into a playful product experience.

Most After Effects tools launch with a screen recording of sliders.
For Boxer, I wanted something that would stop people mid-scroll. I modelled a fictional hardware device in 3D, animated it as if the tool existed in the real world, and turned a quiet indie launch into a visible one.

When I joined Vidsy, the motion team was losing hours every week to repetitive setup, formatting, and delivery tasks.
I designed and built the MDKit: an After Effects extension that automates composition setup, project ingest, format adaptation, delivery and so much more from a single intuitive panel. It saves over 1,000 hours per year and became the backbone of the production pipeline.

A banking client needed a social campaign that could scale across platforms, markets, and product variants.
I built five core videos designed for reuse from the start, then adapted them across four additional aspect ratios, four languages, and a second variant with different messaging and CTAs.

Creating captions in After Effects is slow, manual work.
Transcribing, timing, and building text layers line by line.
Caption Toolkit automates the whole process: it exports timeline audio, runs it through OpenAI Whisper, and generates fully editable, accurately timed text layers directly on the timeline.
